I have stupid self locking doors and found myself locked outside, with all the keys inside, just in time for the school run! The fantastic lock monkey lady arrived in 10 mins (amazing for Woodbury), lovely lady & service. She even disabled the self locking feature to stop it happening again! Marvelous company, fast friendly, efficient & human! Thanks again!

I was so relieved when the Lock Monkey said she would be able to help. And in less than 30 minutes she was with me and was able to open my door and change the lock (from my own stupidity & embarrassment :-))

Within an hour of phoning Debbie, she had called on site, quoted and then fitted new lock and handles. My tenant rang to say the front door key was stuck in the lock. This was at around 6:30pm and they were not able to secure the house. I rang Debbie at The Lock Monkey and she said she could be there within 30 minutes. Sure enough she was there as promised, ascertained the lock was broken and not only repaired the lock and gave my tenants new keys but also posted me a key recorded delivery. My Tenants were delighted to have the problem resolved so promptly and I was relieved that thanks to Debbie it had been sorted quickly and easily and for a very reasonable price and all I'd had to do was make that one phone call. I highly recommend Debbie for all your locksmith needs, she offers an outstanding level of service!

We were away from home when but needed the front door lock replacing ASAP. Lock Monkey liaised with a friend of ours and came out and replaced the lock next day (after a call late afternoon) and were very prompt and helpful.

Very quick response on a Sunday evening when my elderly neighbour locked himself out of his property. Unlike many of the advertised services, The Lock Monkey is actually based in Exmouth so you get an actual local friendly service. Thanks again.

The service I received could not be better. Debbie took the details and was able to attend at the time chosen by me, and not only did a first class job, but did extra and gave me good advice, all within the agreed, very reasonable cost. Great service for a partially sighted person. Debbie opened jammed lock and replaced it with better positioned one. She went well beyond the base level of service, ensuring keys were easily identifiable on keyrings and checking, oiling other locks etc on the property. Many thanks. We'll be recommending to friends by word of mouth too.

Fantastic service. We phoned in a bit of a panic as we couldn't open our toilet door - and we only have the one.... Debbie said she would be with us within the hour, and she was, which given it was Sunday morning, was great going. She had it all fixed in next to no time, and even through in a new lock. Highly recommend!
