Lock Monkey Exmouth.

I managed to break my sliding patio door lock. I went to Exmouth indows expecting to pay a ton of money for a replacement and was referred to lock monkey of Exmouth.

Great result! Was provided with a fix within three days by Debbie who measured up, ordered parts and saved me a packet of money!

I can’t recommend this locksmith highly enough! She did an amazing job replacing the lock on my aunt’s garage door. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with total professionalism and care from start to finish.
She arrived right on time, immediately assessed the issue, and clearly explained what had happened with the old lock. I really appreciated how she kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, no confusion, no surprises, just honest and transparent service.
She removed the faulty lock efficiently and replaced it with a brand-new one, making sure everything worked perfectly before she left. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable — excellent service all around.

Deb was fantastic. We were able to easily arrange a competitive quote, and a convenient time to get the locks changed on our new house. She showed us how the locks we chose were an upgrade in safety from the existing locks. Her work was thorough, and efficient. Very happy to recommend.

Deb came out swiftly at a convenient time, diagnosed the problem immediately- and fixed it there and then. One of a pair of double doors had become hard to use, leaving me worried I would be locked in or out….problem sorted quickly with friendly, efficient service. Lock Monkey Debbie called at our home at the agreed time today*26/ 01/ 26, to assess the non locking Bi Fold door we have and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and was able to replace the Door lock mechanism and lock barrel there and then.
Debbie was also able to replace a front door handle whose internal springs were failing as well.
Very happy to recommend as a very knowledgeable locksmith

10000% agree with all the other glowing reviews, absolutely faultless service! Debbie arrived within a couple of hours of my call, even though it wasn't an emergency and fixed the problem on the spot with a new lock for a broken one on a large DG window that I'd been told elsewhere would need the entire window replacing, so probably saved me about a grand....thanks Debbie! 🙂

After being locked out of my flat due to a faulty latch the wonderful locksmith attended quickly and gained entry saving me the embarrassment of being outside in my nightclothes on a cold night. A big thank you.

Fantastic service. Debbie saw us on the day we called, arrived on time, sorted the problem efficiently, and charged a very fair price. Would highly recommend.

A poorly installed front door saw my wife and I locked out of our “quality” new build house. We called The Lock Monkey and Debbie, arriving in her fully equipped van, took over. Drilling out the old cylinder she installed a new one in the security door. Throughout she radiated the competence that as a top professional she new what she was doing. Before long we were standing in our hall holding the keys to our new lock! Very highly recommended. With heartfelt thanks.

I have stupid self locking doors and found myself locked outside, with all the keys inside, just in time for the school run! The fantastic lock monkey lady arrived in 10 mins (amazing for Woodbury), lovely lady & service. She even disabled the self locking feature to stop it happening again! My tenant rang to say the front door key was stuck in the lock. This was at around 6:30pm and they were not able to secure the house. I rang Debbie at The Lock Monkey and she said she could be there within 30 minutes. Sure enough she was there as promised, ascertained the lock was broken and not only repaired the lock and gave my tenants new keys but also posted me a key recorded delivery. My Tenants were delighted to have the problem resolved so promptly and I was relieved that thanks to Debbie it had been sorted quickly and easily and for a very reasonable price and all I'd had to do was make that one phone call. I highly recommend Debbie for all your locksmith needs, she offers an outstanding level of service!

Great service for a partially sighted person. Debbie opened jammed lock and replaced it with better positioned one. She went well beyond the base level of service, ensuring keys were easily identifiable on keyrings and checking, oiling other locks etc on the property. Many thanks. Fantastic service. We phoned in a bit of a panic as we couldn't open our toilet door - and we only have the one.... Debbie said she would be with us within the hour, and she was, which given it was Sunday morning, was great going. She had it all fixed in next to no time, and even through in a new lock.
