I managed to break my sliding patio door lock. I went to Exmouth indows expecting to pay a ton of money for a replacement and was referred to lock monkey of Exmouth.

Great result! Was provided with a fix within three days by Debbie who measured up, ordered parts and saved me a packet of money!

I can’t recommend this locksmith highly enough! She did an amazing job replacing the lock on my aunt’s garage door. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with total professionalism and care from start to finish.

Lock Monkey Debbie called at our home at the agreed time today*26/ 01/ 26, to assess the non locking Bi Fold door we have and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and was able to replace the Door lock mechanism and lock barrel there and then.
Debbie was also able to replace a front door handle whose internal springs were failing as well.

Debbie arrived within a couple of hours of my call, even though it wasn't an emergency and fixed the problem on the spot with a new lock for a broken one on a large DG window that I'd been told elsewhere would need the entire window replacing, so probably saved me about a grand....thanks Debbie! 🙂

Can’t rate Lock Monkey highly enough. As a lone female with two young children at home on a dark winters evening, being able to find a female locksmith was incredible.

My call was answered promptly on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday Debbie turned up 5 mins earlier than promised, a good start she examined the lock and door, explained the problem?gave an itemised quote proceeded to fit new lock with new bits from her stocked van, worked efficiently and job completed in about half and hour.
