Amongst frantic panic of being locked out I was given the phone number of Lock Monkey. Debbie responded promptly, listened carefully to the issue and crawled through holiday traffic to the rescue. I couldn’t have asked for a calmer, more positive, skilled person to tackle the issue.Not only did she get in with less damage and fuss than I thought possible she repaired the lock and fitted new handles there and then! She was very professional, reassuring and tidied up afterwards.It always seems the worst time for something like that to happen. What can I say? All I can do is concur with all the other 5* reviews that are already on this page. I phoned, Debbie answered the phone. Yes, she would come in two days time. And she did, 10 minutes before the agreed time. She tackled the errant lock and she left it working. I then turned her attention to a new problem that had occurred on one of our conservatory doors. It is a worn out door so there is not much that she could do but nevertheless she looked at it and in the end she left it in a secure state. Well done Debbie you deserve every 5* review that you receive. I thoroughly recommend.
