Great service – didn’t expect a visit the same day as I didn’t contact The Lock Monkey until early afternoon. However they arranged to visit at 5.00 pm and also fixed my lock!

Debbie just opened and repaired our 30 year old double glazed door. She was super efficient and professional and saved us from the expense of having a new door. Communication prior to her visit was excellent, and she was able to sort out the locking issue with our uPVC French doors in jig time, whilst also taking the time to explain the likely cause of the issue.
